We LOVE Sriracha! There are just too many things it makes taste better. We decided we needed one more application, dehydrated it, and made a meat rub with it! Mmmmmmm saucy!

Red Dry Rub
Hops, Chocolate Malted Barley, Paprika, smoked salt, pepper, garlic and onion.
Coat ribs or pork loin completely. Wrap tight in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24hrs. Smoke slow and low.
Rubbuccino
Black Dry Rub
Smoked salt, black pepper and smoked Mexican coffee.
Coat chicken or pork with rub. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 24hrs. BBQ slow and low for best flavor.
